- Correspondence with customer & principal in consultation with Business Manager
- Process ex-stocks orders till delivery.
- Process indents & follow-up till submission of documents.
- Follow up receivables.
- Dispatch of samples to customers
- Maintain buffer stock in warehouse.
- Maintenance of filling as per ISO standards.
- Prepare reports & forecasts for management / principal under guidance of ABM / BM.
- Ex – bonding details up-to-date.
