1. Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including, short listing of profiles, administering tests, scheduling interviews.
2. Keep strong liaison with Head Office HR team for recruitment needs.
3. Administer employee’s on boarding process; ensuring proper orientation of newly inducted staff and their smooth transition into the new role and company culture.
4. Assist store management in the role clarity and performance expectation of staff by preparing JDs, Daily Performance Monitory Checklists.
5. Maintain up to date personnel files and records.
6. Administer time and leave management of assigned location and coordinate with the Head Office HR for payroll process.
