The incumbent is responsible for timely stock picking, segregation and placement while ensuring FIFO, FEFO and as per company storage guidelines of the assigned business line.
He is responsible to conduct daily shipment and receiving operation as per the plan given to him by warehouse supervisor.
He should also resolve conflicts and address labors concerns in a timely manner.
He assists warehouse supervisors for timely reporting of damages and expiry of his assigned business lines.
He ensures 100% stock reconciliation of his assigned area and business lines and maintains a complete documentary record of stock receiving/issuance for audit purpose.
He should be continuously engaged with his team, warehouse supervisor for operational alignment to improve customer service
Functional Competencies
Compliance of all SOP's (shipment, receiving, D&S, storage)
Timely Loading and Dispatch of vans
Timely highlight close expiry SKU's to W/H supervisors so information's should be shared with relevant stakeholders
Accurate and Timely Picking and Segregation
Ensure daily physical count & reporting to W/H supervisors of assigned business line
Maintain & update all documentation, filling, etc. as per SOP's/Business Practices.
Accurate identification and reporting of, damages/Expires and shortages to WH Supervisor. Proper storage of the above mentioned stocks in assigned location as per FIFO/FEFO
