Warehouse supervisor is the custodian of stocks and is responsible for Inventory Record Accuracy.
He plans and assists team of warehouse officers and loaders for SOP’s compliance (Damages, Expires, Shortages, Receiving, Inventory Count, Shipment and Storage) and must ensures routine stock checks are put in place for smooth operations.
He is responsible to plan warehouse shift operations to gain maximum labor productivity, track warehouse staff performance, put controls on overtime and ensures timely shipments to all customers at optimal VFR while following the complete system process and controls.
He is responsible for inventory replenishment while coordinating dispatches with supply planning team.
He also ensures NPI stocks depletion, reporting damage stock as per right description and raising timely damage claims for approval to his FLM.
He should be constantly communicating with his team (Warehouse Officers/ Loaders), CSL Branch Manager, Accounts Team, IT and Admin team to resolve any operations issues on time.
He also works as a branch SPOC for all matters related to HO supply planning and trade service department in the absence of branch manager.
