Inai Glam Salon seeks a talented and creative Hair Artist to join our team in Lahore, Shad Bagh. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise across a broad spectrum of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. The Hair Artist must handle diverse hair styling tasks such as balayage, color correction, keratin treatments, and special occasion styling like updos. Flexibility to work weekends and support team operations during downtimes adds to the dynamic nature of this role. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires working harmoniously with staff to uphold salon standards and contribute positively to the salon's reputation.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive hair services including hair cutting, coloring, highlights, balayage, blow-drying, and styling according to client preferences.
- Perform advanced hair treatments such as keratin smoothing, protein treatments, rebonding, and various hair spa services.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand individual hair needs, recommend suitable styles and treatments, and manage expectations.
- Maintain rigorous sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic salon environment that meets professional standards.
- Effectively use a wide range of hair styling tools and products to achieve desired outcomes while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Deliver updos and special occasion hairstyles with precision and creativity for weddings, parties, and other formal events.
- Provide color correction services including adjustments and refinements to existing hair color for optimal results.
- Collaborate professionally with the salon team, supporting colleagues during low-demand periods and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
- Manage time efficiently to meet scheduled appointments and maintain flow without compromising service quality.
- Stay updated on latest hair trends, techniques, and products to continuously enhance skills and service offerings.
