Inai Glam Salon seeks a talented and detail-oriented Nail Artist to provide exceptional nail care and creative nail art services to clients in Lahore (Shad Bagh). This full-time role requires a dedicated professional with at least three years of experience who can perform a variety of manicure and pedicure services, including gel and acrylic nail applications, nail sculpting, and trendy designs. The Nail Artist will maintain high standards of hygiene and client safety while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Female candidates with a friendly personality and ability to work collaboratively with salon staff are preferred.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced salon environment, delivering precise and artistic nail work that meets customer expectations. They adhere strictly to sanitization protocols and contribute positively to the salon team during quieter periods. This position does not involve managing a team but does require strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a professional attitude during working hours from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail services such as manicure, pedicure, gel nails, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and overlays.
- Create nail art designs including French tips, ombre effects, chrome finishes, cat-eye styles, and other trendy patterns.
- Sculpt and shape nails according to client preferences and industry standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout all procedures by following strict sanitization and safety protocols.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service, building rapport to ensure repeat visits.
- Collaborate with salon staff effectively to support salon operations and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest nail art trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative services.
- Assist the salon team during slower hours by performing additional supportive tasks as needed.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of all nail art tools and products used during services.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, respecting scheduled times and ensuring quality service delivery.
