Job Description

  • Provide expertise in the development/revision of Admin related Policies and Procedures, and oversee the implementation of the aforementioned to ensure that all procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality service.
  • Recommend the budget for admin function, and monitor financial performance versus the budget to highlight any variances to ensure effective alignment.
  • Ensure all expenses are incurred within approved budget by giving prior approval, and take measures to optimize cost and minimize variance between budgeted and actual administrative expenses
  • Ensure registration, insurance, submission of documents to excise office, maintenance and inspection of vehicles and other relevant tasks are carried out in a timely manner to keep the vehicle maintained for business traveling and activities
  • Ensure maintenance of an updated database of relevant documents including but not limited to supplier details, delivery schedule of products, inventory and office supplies for review and ease of access at all times
  • Monitor the availability of inventory and ensure adequate stocks are available as planned.
