• Respond to incoming calls from the all projects related to Metro & Speedo Bus Services
  • Receive and distribute messages to service providers.
  • Collect call record and log tickets against each incident reported from any department of BRTS.
  • Conduct data entry of collected information and Provide required reports to concerned Officials.
  • Ensure callers are treated with respect, consideration and sensitivity.
  • Take time with each caller as needed—staff is dedicated to meeting the needs and understanding the concerns of each caller and requires taking the time to listen.
