Inventory reports
- Maintaining the Inventory records including fare media and technical equipment’s
- Issuance/receiving of inventory according to requisition
- Coordination with Operations & Technical departments for collection of data regarding day to day financial operations & for rectification of faulty tokens/ cards respectively.
- Prepare daily station wise token reconciliation report for monitoring of token leakage.
- Projects wise smart cards inventory reconciliation report a
- Monthly closing report for sharing with HOK
- Maintain EOQ of each inventory items
- Share the inventory short detail with operations for the recoveries
Dashboard/Analysis reports
- Prepare and share daily dash board including card sale, token loss and ridership’s analysis for the operational decisions of management
- Preparation of daily ridership and escrow deposits analysis report along with card charge withheld
- Analysis report as required by the management
Funds Management
- Forecasting of ridership and required tentative funds for the long weekend and Gazzetted holidays for the MBS projects.
- Arrangement of additional funds after getting approval from management
Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitoring of cash collection activity, bank and other stakeholders
- Monitoring the cash secured in vault at station and at office concerning the insurance limits to avoid breach
- Monitoring and compliance of SOPs
- Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of internal policies
- Liaison with PMA & Financial institutes for keeping financial operations in smooth.
Receipts & Payments
- Verifying the vendors invoice for the further processing of payment
- Follow-up with for the timely payments to vendors
- Collection of checks from customers and deposits in concerning bank
- Follow-up with client for the collection of cheques
- Maintaining records of receipts and payments
