- Daily Status/operation Report will be maintained by every Engineer for all tasks assigned.
- Escalate issue on time and inform supervisors with the detail of the issue, coordinate for the resolution according to the solution advised by the supervisors and principal
- Ensure proper transfer of information with detail of unresolved issue to next shift RE and document status via email for the RE and supervisor reference.
- Mileage Report data gathering and compilation as per customer requirement
- In case of a Hardware replacement, maintain complete detail of work done and submit resolution activity with snapshot with the closure of ticket
- Field Engineer must visit all assigned stations and prepare a checklist about the working of hardware. He must enter the complaints details in the check list if assigned.
