- Responsible to make sure that operation starts on time in their respective zone.
- Responsible for resource management in their respective zone/area.
- Responsible for Inventory management during their shifts in assigned zones.
- Regularly visits in their zone, for inspection and monitoring of implemented policies and procedures.
- Report contingency to back office for issues related to ground staff, equipment and operation (if any).
- Responsible to conduct on ground training of staff for customer handling and polite interaction at all time.
- Responsible to put effort to stop inventory leakage/slippages and increase fine collections against lost inventory.
- Responsible to plan surprise audit visits of booths & routes on weekly basis and submit complete report.
- O.E will manage to provide the inventory and make plans so there will be no shortage of inventory.
- O.Es will directly report to senior operation executive’s (S.O.E) for their routine matters.
- For any dispute during operation hours OEs are responsible to collect initial data and report immediately to the back office team.
- During their duty/shift they comply with company rules and policies.
- Operation Executive has to visit assigned station/routes at the time of shits closing and check Log and finance register.
- OE responsible for month end activity.
