Production Supervision
Printing
- Assignment of work orders as planned
- Supervises printing of the cards & ensure proper printing is done
- Ensures compliance of production target by aligning the printing team
- Coordinates with Application developer to sort out issues regarding log, printing errors if any.
- Ensures the printed work orders are sent forward to lamination via Application
Lamination
- Physical receiving of work orders from printing team
- Assignment of work orders to lamination team
- Ensures that the temperature of the lamination machines is set properly
- Manages lamination process of the cards
- Forward the work orders to tactile team
Tactile
- Physical receiving of work orders from lamination team n Supervision
- Ensures that the temperature and pressure of the tactile machines is set properly
- Physical counting of the cards before handing over to QC Dept.
Shift Planning:
- Contributes in scheduling of shifts (printing, lamination and tactile)
- Assignment of work orders to printing tables in accordance with availability of printing officers
- Scheduling of team members for lamination, assignment of jobs to tactile team
Waste/Rejection Control:
- Ensures that waste/rejection is kept to the minimum level
- Physical inspection of the cards
- Updates the rejection on ARC Application & ensures the rejected cards are sent back to Stores
