· Responsible to stop token leakages and slippages at stations.
· Responsible to monitor inventory management/handling being done as per provided plan
· Responsible that staff behavior with passengers is gentle and polite.
· Responsible to meet SLA requirements.
· Responsible for ensuring availability of fare media designated stations/Routes and Sale points.
· Direct interaction with Inbox operations team and technical team Communicator between Client and Inbox when sitting in PMA. Alexxo Ticket handling.
· Handling and timely submission of monthly invoice (MMBS & MFR)
· Official Letter drafting Clients monthly penalty reporting (Field Inspector reports, surveillance reports)
· Responsible to check that shifts are being started as per given schedule.
· Work closely with shift team leaders & Operations Executives and identify/resolve on-ground operational issues.
· Timely reporting of operation related issues highlighted by team’s/operations staff.
· Liaison with project Admin team for any related issues on stations.
· Responsible to check that all SOP’s are being implemented and followed.
· Responsible to check that recommended actions taken by A.M/Manager operations are being implemented on ground.
· Liaison with internal technical team on daily basis and resolve the on-ground technical issues.
· Responsible to complete any task assigned by A.M/Manager or higher management.
· Comply with Company’s rules and policies.
· Dealing with several days to day issues related with running operation and technical complaints.
· Any other task that has been assigned by the management.
