We need a competent project manager Civil Engineer for Indigo Heights. He should have the experience of around 10 years in high rise construction Company. Package will include transport accommodation and 3-4 lacs salary per month depending on his experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
Working closely with each construction team across this project
Managing a Construction team
Analyzing monthly reports and implementing targets based on these results
Troubleshooting and problem solving on site as well as from Site Office Lahore
Reporting directly into the MD of Indigo Developers
Being able to provide leadership to direct reports
Reviewing documents and contracts
Looking after and overseeing multiple contractors and consultants
Contributing and leading monthly progress meetings
Mentoring junior staff through project stages
Candidate must have:
Have a minimum B.Sc. OR M.Sc. degree
Speak, read and write the English language fluently
Have 10 years’ experience within the Construction industry
