PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
A lobby representative who delivers great welcome experience, problem resolution and customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To handle room blocking for the VIP arrivals bases on their preference.
· Prepares the VIPs' registration form, welcome booklets, and Welcome letters and room amenities.
· Submits reports of VIP arrivals, VIP departures and Arrivals by flight time.
· Inspects the rooms and ensures that all room amenities are placed inside the rooms prior to the guest's arrivals.
· Welcomes and assists guest to their rooms upon arrival.
· Increased guests’ retention and satisfaction.
· Willingness to go extra mile in giving services to the guest.
· By bringing your passion to work every day, we'll empower you to work as part of a team to anticipate our guests' needs and deliver a memorable service experience·
· To have full and up-to-date knowledge of the hotel products and services.
· Attend to all incoming enquiries and perform daily courtesy calls.
· Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and resolve problems in an efficient manner.
· Accurately collect data and update guests’ profiles.
· Ensure all details including full address, telephone number and email address along with any preferences are updated on the individual profile.
· To use every opportunity to maximize revenue by upselling, promoting hotel products and facilities etc.
· Keep concerned departments informed about VIP guests and any other special requests.
