Financial reports preparation & month-end closing:
- Prepare Financial/Management reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow & Reports to be needed by the management for decision-making).
- Ensure the completion of all month end close activities related to cost accounting.
- Ensure that on a monthly basis all inventory accounting reconciliation are appropriately maintain; accrual reserves and adequate.
Taxation:
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns of the company
- Submission and preparation of Sales Tax & Withholding Tax returns on Monthly basis in addition, efiled on eFbr web portal.
- Coordination with Tax consultant for GST Refunds and income tax matters.
Others:
- Booking of receipts from foreign customers and payments to foreign creditors after verification of supporting evidence.
- Processing and booking of local payments against marketing and administrative projects.
- Provide systems, which insure an adequate level of internal control the accuracy of cost financial data.
