ConnectRite BPO is hiring an exceptional "Customer Service Executive" for it's Rawalpindi office. As front-line support for our customers, your mission is to delight our customers by responding quickly and effectively to their questions and issues via live chat and email support.

Resposbilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries over the live chat or email about products/services
- To go above and beyond for our customers to ensure they are delighted, first time every time
- Understand our customers needs through excellent questioning and problem-solving skills
- Continuously provide feedback and ideas on how to improve the customer experience we deliver
