- To prepare, maintain and ensure that personal files of all employees of the company including permanent/regular employees, trainees and contract employees are up to date.
- All Personal Files must be complete with all necessary documents such as copies of all educational and experience certificates, C.N.I.C, copy of utility bill, and all relevant documents that are mentioned in his/her CV and two passport size photographs.
- To prepare appointment letters, joining reports, experience letters and all HR related documents of all employees and to make sure these documents are available in personal files.
- To conduct/co-ordinate interviews of candidates, calling shortlisted candidates, making CVs lists and help management select the best candidates.
- To assist Manager Admin in designing and implementing all HR and Admin rules and policies.
- To maintain attendance, late coming, official duties and leave record of all employees.
- To prepare payroll/salary sheets of all employees and coordinate with Finance and Accounts department to finalize payroll (attendance and salaries) of all employees.
- To help Manager Admin in preparing final settlement of employees.
- Maintain and update employees’ Master Sheet.
- To help Manager Admin conduct periodical/annual performance reviews of employees
- Carry out all duties and function as directed by the senior management.
