Infinite Group is looking for an account officer in Islamabad for one of its construction projects. The required candidate will be responsible for basic financial matters of the company. Following is the scope of work:
1. Preparation & implementation of internal control procedures / accounting software
2. Book keeping, transfer entries, up keeping of cash book, daily expense / petty cash reports, inventory costing etc manually and on software
3. Monthly Reconciliation of all Accounts
4. Basic tax matters
5. Prepare specific reports on request
6. Manage all banking affairs and vendor matters
7. Execution of funds as per given approvals
8. Invoice Management and necessary follow-ups
9. Must be proficient in Ms Excel and Ms Word
