We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team!
- As an UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology.
- You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, widgets, smart layouts, Symbols and components.
Your Experience
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a UI/UX designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects and experience creating flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Should have good knowledge of Design Thinking Process, Data Driven Designs, User-centric and Human-centric designs
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Create personas through user research and data
- Keep well-informed of competitor products and industry trends
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, mind maps and accurately convey project plans to management
- Develop Low-Fidelity design and Interactive Prototyping
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Must organize data and files properly, always use proper naming and titles for files and maintain version.
