Job Description
This position is responsible for a grocery store's overall operation and success. This includes managing staff, overseeing inventory and ordering, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring that the store meets financial goals. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization, as well as providing excellent customer service. candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and following company policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory and ordering, including placing orders with vendors and managing stock levels
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet financial goals
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-organized at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
- Hire and train all employees of the branch
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Experience hiring and training individuals
