The Candidate
You have an entrepreneurial mind and enjoy UI/UX design & development. You’re just as likely to spend a weekend afternoon digesting the latest Wired or T3 magazines. You know how to get things done. You have a deep respect for the challenges inherent in shifting goals and behaviors. You know innovation must be managed as a flywheel, and not as a one-time project. You’re prepared to, not just look for a project based engagement but, buy into the vision & keep at this for the time it will take, and have the emotional energy to keep overcoming “innovation fatigue”. You know this is about the customers and partners who depend on us, the enterprise, and everyone who works for us.
In this job, the chosen candidate will:
- Design UI/UX for mobile & web applications
- Connect with experts in the company and the broader industry
- Drive for tangible and measurable results
Essential Skills
- Able to demonstrate solid web development concepts
- 1-3 years Mobile app development and responsive web design
- 1-3 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital channels
- UI/UX design & development experience with
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- Proven ability to excel within an "agile" environment
- Marketing & Content Generation skills
- Analytical & problem solving skills (Object Oriented, etc)
- BS or MS in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
- Interpersonal skills that peers would describe as “charismatic”
Pr Preferred Skills
- Experience of audio/video communication channels
- Experience of working in the healthcare industry
- Insight into the way that digital transformation is affecting our industry
- A broad social network both within the enterprise and with external visionaries
