We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers in UK. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
Your responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating system and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. You will use phone and email to give clients quick answers to system issues.
Candidate should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering.
Before applying, please note that we need people who can read, write and speak in English fluently.
Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus.
