1. Conduct effective and accurate market research to launch a new online product and promote it to increase the market share
2. Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model of this online shopping cart
3. Conduct meeting with distritors and sales team to discuss target status, product training, and sales strategy
