- To make sure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and organized manner and that satisfaction and loyalty are maximized.
- To analyze customer complaints, developing corrective strategies, creating and implementing customer retention campaigns and training the Customer Service staff.
- A strong drive, leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, computer competencies and excellent communication skills.
- A previous Customer Service experience and a degree in a related field.
