Job Description

We are looking for technical support representative, who will be providing software related technical support to our existing clients over the phone, the ideal candidate should have an excellent phone manner with good communications skills, along with an IT background 

Skills required: 

  • Proper phone etiquette;
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar;
  • Knowledge of windows, computer applications and equipment;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • Effective listening skills;
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good;
  • Multi-tasking capabilities;
