- Manage bids end-to-end (responsibilities matrix, planning, follow-ups, co-ordinations, tracking)
- Develop compliance matrices and ensure that all details of RFP are addressed
- Assume responsibility for Quality Assurance of RFP response activities and guarantees the proper management and tracking of documents
- Address all dependencies in the bid management phase and verifies that all relevant stakeholders are effectively coordinating and that deadlines are met
- Manage bid risk management activities including identify risks, make risk mitigation measures and facilitate related issues solved;
- Manage bid progress and necessary communication internal & external teams to ensure efficient operation of the bid team.
- Well versed with Microsoft Project & Microsoft Visio
