• Responsible for daily office administration, including but not limited to monitor receptionist, receiving visitors, sending & collecting express, admin contract & documents management, plants rent, coordination with the real estate, maintain office cleaning environment, inventory of fixed assets etc.;
  • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, equipment management, etc
  • Works with consultant on taxes matters of the company and assist filing the annual tax, GST, PST, WHT, etc. if necessary
  • Communicates with bank, consultant, other parties when necessary
  • Performs AP and AR duties when necessary
  • Coordinates all procurement to pay all expenditures
  • Prepares for Payrolls for all staffs when necessary
  • Manages petty cash and keeps books for cash on hand
  • Assists in the internal control and preparation of budget, forecast, etc.
  • Works with and reports to Finance Department of HO on daily basis
  • Performs other duties as required by HO
