The incumbent must have completed bachelors with majors in Human Resource Management. This job role requires efficient oral and written communication. The internee will be responsible for:
• Supporting the recruiting process
• Posting and managing job postings
• Helping with campus recruiting, job fairs, and maintaining campus relationships
• Scheduling assessments for potential new hires
• Identifying availability of current employees and creates new hire on boarding agendas
This is three months internship program.
