We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager to join our team at Lahore Office. Job requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant professional experience working in IT project management for overseas customers .
- Hands-on experience of project management tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of delivering software projects.
- Ability to coach teams for values and best practices to become self-organized, cross-functional and high-performance delivery champions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and facilitation skills for reporting, coaching, and evidence-based decision making.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively from Leadership and teams for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for service delivery to all assigned projects to the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Identify project risks and issues, maintain risk register, and issues logs · Capacity and Shift planning for the project (Rosters)
- Deliver the service in line with the project budget
- Maintain, monitor and improve services
- Report on KPI’s and SLA achievements, on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals
- Liaison to customer for escalations and service quality
- Ensure project documentation is up to date
- Ensure service tools/timesheets updated with relevant information
- Place hiring request and conducting interviews
- Conduct new hire technical and account specific training based on the requirements
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain professional / trustworthy relationships with clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
