JOB DESCRIPTION
We are considered as pioneer in the call center industry of Pakistan due to expansion of business Innovative solutions is hiring inbound customer sales agent for our UK based projects, therefore we require professional and experienced Customer support team members. Candidates having proficiency in English and a strong understanding of British accent are considered only. UK returns will be preferred. We provide highly conducive environment and opportunities to learn and progress rapidly.

- Minimum Salary is Rs: 110/- per hour with minimum 12hour shift.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
- As a Inbound Customer Support Team member you will be responsible for taking inbound calls of UK based customers, handling commercial enquiries in a courteous and professional manner, while providing the highest level of customer service, and then dispatch jobs to drivers, it is your task to analyze the customers needs and to offer the appropriate choice of services according to their demands.
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
- Provide responsive and competent support (mostly telephonic and e-mail) to customers in the areas of Service.
- High level of quality, personal communication skills, and dedication and telephone etiquettes will be the part of your job in the collective customer management process.
