Innovative Solutions is hiring for the position of Scrum Master.
Working Days: Monday - Friday.
Location: Karachi
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in software or related field from a reputable institute.
- 3+ Years of experience in a similar industry(Development/QA experience is a plus).
- Project management experience of 03 Projects is a must.
- Proven track record of effective Client Facing & Team management along with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Must have experience in team-based and fixed bid project/product delivery.
- Able to handle mid-sized to big teams.
- Sound understanding of SDLC & Agile Methodologies.
- Understanding of SCRUM Framework and its ceremonies would be preferred.
