We are looking for the services of Telesales Representatives / Customer Sales Representative.
Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Candidates have to make phone calls with the intention of selling a service or to schedule appointments. Must be able to follow scripts and respond to objections in a natural and persuasive manner.
Responsibilities:
● Deliver prepared sales talks, describe services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a service.
● Contact private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services.
● Explain our services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
● Maintaining strong knowledge about potential customer preferences and punctually following up
● Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
● Managing user information on Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
● Must meet bi-weekly/monthly targets
Requirements:
● Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
● Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
● Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Lead Management Tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc) and telephone systems
● Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
● Excellent knowledge of English
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
● Outstanding negotiation skills
● Must have their own transport
Qualification:
● O/A Levels, Graduate & Masters will be a plus
● Candidates with American Accent will be preferred
Experience:
● Must have 3+ years of experience working in telesales
Timings: 07:00 PM to 03:00 AM (8-hours/6 days in a week)
