ESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function
Identify knowledge-related business needs/gaps and facilitate, design and implement related solutions across a broad spectrum of work areas and divisions
Work with individuals, teams, business owners, IT and leadership to ensure knowledge management designs and processes satisfy business goals
Lead and manage projects
Analyze information and evaluate results in order to decide on the best solutions to solve problems
Maintain awareness of advances in knowledge management and social media capabilities
Process Outputs and Deliverables:
Promote Collaboration. Develop tools to ensure organizational knowledge is effectively captured and easily shared across the organization; provide training/coaching in collaborative practices and technologies.
Facilitate Knowledge Transfer Thru Collaborative Platforms. Facilitate the development of knowledge-sharing strategies and the transfer of explicit and tacit knowledge from Subject Matter Experts to others.
Find Information. Ensure that staff members have access to the information they need, when they need it, in order to help make the best business decisions possible. This includes search engine optimization, findability, data classification, records management, metadata creation, and taxonomy.
Promote Informed Decision Making. Leverage ETS and third party content to meet information needs of ETS staff in order to assist informed decision making and maximize good business practices.
