Job Description Sales Officers

A motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for calling and meeting prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Officer Duties and Responsibilities

·        Generating sales leads through field and tele-marketing

·        Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through with leads and current customers

·        Source and work customer referrals

·        Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed

·        Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options

·        Promote specific products as directed by upper management

·        Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value

·        Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

·        Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

·        Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback

·        Making and sending quotations to customers

·        Following up with customers for given quotations

·        Preparing database for all ongoing and previously generated inquiries with complete feedback regarding results.

·        Achieving sales targets

Job Description Marketing Officers

A Self driven Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by the management.

A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator.

The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.

Marketing Officer Duties & Responsibilities

·        Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies

·        Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations

·        Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

·        Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)

·        Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence

·        See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics

·        Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution

·        Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

·        Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

·        Creative and Excellent communication skills

·        Developing marketing campaigns

·        Telemarketing marketing campaigns

·        Developing and presenting ideas and strategies

·        Developing & Conducting promotional activities

·        Content writing for diverse marketing materials (brochures, facebook page, twitter, website etc.)

·        Conceive and get artworks developed from Agency/Designer

·        Organizing events/exhibitions

·        Updating database by using a CRM

·        Team working skill, Strong organizational and time-management abilities

·        Managing campaigns on social media

·        Strong follow up

·        Strong Coordination
