We are looking to hire a talented SEO Specialist to join our team. We're searching for a self-motivated marketer; the ideal candidate would have prior experience leading SEO projects and have practical knowledge of optimisation techniques that actually work. You must have excellent analytical, communication and research skills, which allows you to understand clients needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and will be required to define requirements to drive strategic direction on allocated projects, this includes developing a quarterly strategy plan for all clients and also includes writing monthly performance reports. This role will report directly to our marketing manager, you will also work with other key stakeholders both internally and client side.
- Develop optimization strategies that increase our clients search engine results & rankings, (develop the strategy and implement the on-site optimization).
- Carry out business market analysis / research competitors.
- Complete SEO audits / analysis
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the client's website and marketing materials.
- Set measurable goals / KPI’s with the client that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Monitor performance metrics to understand and report on SEO strategy performance.
- Update content and website links for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings (also update meta data).
- Make technical recommendations / identify and resolve any webmaster fixes such as crawl errors / updates / indexing etc.
- Backlink acquisition / internal linking following linking strategy SEO best practises (this includes looking at competitor backlink analysis, fixing faulty links, getting inbound links, linking social profiles, internal linking (breadcrumb / menus / navigation etc).
- Tracking, reporting, and providing detailed analysis on client performance.
- Day-to-day project management of planned tasks for specified clients.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team including content writers, PPC , social and email team to align goals for the client.
- Ongoing client communication regarding updates and account progress.
