We are looking for an HR Officer. The candidate MUST have basic knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
- Check Emails / cvs of new candidates for recruitment.
- Good knowledge of different job postings portals
- Set up shortlisting and interview panel, to be approved by Coordination.
- Check references of candidates upon request of Coordination
- Prepare employment contracts for new staff
- Ensure that all staff, including those newly recruited, is in possession of and aware of ACTED guidelines and procedures as described in the HR Manual.
