Insights Financial & Management Consultancy is seeking dynamic Senior and Junior Associates specializing in Financial Risk Advisory to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality risk management consulting services to clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidates will possess proven expertise in financial risk management, risk assessment, and financial modeling, coupled with a strong ability to lead and manage client engagements effectively. As Senior and Junior Associates, you will work closely with clients to identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with international risk standards such as ISO 31000. This position requires professionals with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree or advanced professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, or CMA.
You will have the responsibility of managing a dedicated team of five staff members, leading project workstreams, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Your role involves applying rigorous audit procedures, conducting credit risk analysis, and implementing risk assessment frameworks to support sound financial decision-making. We value candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills who can translate complex risk data into actionable solutions and maintain strong client relationships. Experience working with ERP and business intelligence tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Power BI will enhance your capability to perform advanced risk analytics and deliver insightful advisory recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial risk advisory projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments using quantitative and qualitative methodologies to identify potential financial threats and opportunities.
- Design, implement, and maintain risk assessment frameworks aligned with ISO 31000 and other industry standards.
- Analyze credit risk profiles and prepare detailed financial models to forecast risk impact and inform strategic planning.
- Perform thorough audit procedures and review financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of five associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data, address client concerns, and present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office tools, including Excel VBA, to automate processes and enhance the accuracy of risk analysis reports.
- Leverage ERP and Business Intelligence systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Power BI to integrate financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management and clients, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Stay current with evolving financial risk management trends, regulations, and technologies to maintain the consultancys competitive edge.
