1) Must have previous experience in crafting a detailed content strategy for a YouTube channel.
2) Must be an expert on YouTube SEO.
3) Detailed knowledge of MorningFame, VidIQ and Tubebuddy is essential.
4) An expert in understanding and analyzing data from YouTube Studio.
5) Must have a proven track record of organically growing YouTube channel(s).
6) Deep expertise in increasing Click Through Rate (CTR) by crafting thumbnails and titles of videos.
7) If you are an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop, it is a big plus.
8) Knowledge and previous experience with YouTube Ads will be preferred.
