Job Description

  • HR Maintaining the track record of employee’s daily attendance including check-in & check-out.
  • HR Managing employee’s leave and absenteeism.
  • HR Communicating with the employee over phone calls if an uninformed leave has been taken.
  • HR Performing employees bi-monthly and monthly attendance review and communicating the low performers to higher management.
  • HR Working with higher management to announce employees of the month within the first week of every month.
  • HR Welcoming the new onboarded employee, giving the company's introduction, performing the documentation.
  • HR Handling all kinds of company’s announcements and communication timely.
  • HR Arranging resources for employees and responding to employee requests.
  • HR Making sure, employees are complying with all kinds of company’s policies.
  • HR Providing all kinds of necessary IT support to employees and management including windows installation, email activation, software installations etc.
  • Vendor Management Being the company's first point of contact to manage vendor relations of all kinds.
  • Vendor Management Finding the best vendor for the assigned task within assigned time and executing the required operations.
  •  Vendor Management Maintaining the directory of vendors and employees.
  • Cost & Procurement Effectiveness Working with Finance team in Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation 15 Inventory Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints 16 Management Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
  •  Management Recruiting and Managing Office boys.
  • Management Ensuring a clean, safe and healthy environment for employees.
  • Management Ensure proper safety & security of offices.
  • Management Ensuring clean, fully working hardware, supplies, and equipment.
  • Management Taking care of all kinds of maintenance including hardware, equipment, utilities, washrooms, etc.
  • Others Any task that is assigned on AdHoc basis by the higher management.
