• Evaluate user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates) and report on web traffic from all platforms.
  • Generate and promote SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects.
  • Establish a cohesive strategy across all social networks to increase brand awareness.
  • Track emerging social media trends and tools to determine how they can be integrated into our company’s strategies.
  • Set up and nurture social media platforms and their specific communities and audiences.
  • Research and execute social media tools daily in support of clients’ social media strategy and update whenever necessary.
  • Deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing data analyses and post-activity evaluations
  • Responsible for initiating and organizing mini-surveys to gather deeper customer insights on CRM related topics
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting of KPI
  • Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes.
