Job Description

Job Purpose:  He will be responsible for owning and hitting/exceeding sales targets. He will be developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. Responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships and managing the Sales/BD Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the potential prospects in IT industry. 
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Determines gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
  • Maximizing company profit
  • Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace
  • Supervising and managing the team 

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience of sales in IT (International markets)
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Masters’ degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
  • 8 to 10 years of experience
