Job Description

The selected candidate will be required to:

  • Welcome and assist patients regarding their queries and connect them to the relevant doctor.
  • Brief the patients about hospital services.
  • Handle patient suggestions and complaints and provide patient feedback to the management.
  • Prepare presentations and present in client meetings if required.

Applicant must be confident, fluent in English language and have basic to intermediate level computer knowledge.
