We are looking for a resource to manage Inbound/Outbound calls, Emails, and Live Chat Support. The candidate must have an excellent command of English Writing and proven experience in Customer Service.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Expert in English Communication Skills
- Must have Outbound/Inbound Calls experience.
- Must have experience in Customer Service (Phone, Email, Chat).
- Should be fluent in spoken English.
- Ability to do research work.
- The ability to write proper English is critical
