We are developing a world-class cloud-based healthcare product that enables our US-based customers to digitalize various use cases within their healthcare systems. As a business process analyst, you will work as a part of the software development team and will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Develop business case for new initiatives or product modifications.
- Initiate new product ideas based on overall strategic goals.
- Analyze business problems and provide solutions.
- Recommend and design process improvements to their business processes and operational procedures.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are documented in the most appropriate method.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop user stories, and business requirements.
- Work with the development team to clarify requirements and balance the business needs with technical requirements.
- Coordinate with other team members including other business analysts, QA analysts, and PMs.
Experience & Education
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the IT Healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in computer science/software engineering.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum-based delivery environment is considered a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to understand and analyze and interpret complex data to effectively solve business problems.
- Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyze, and document information.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into the form of Epics and User Stories.
- Adept at understanding customer needs and analyzing those needs across the customer base to identify the best solution.
- Demonstrable analytic reasoning and problem-solving capability.
- Demonstrable strong work ethic with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet) preferred
- Proficiency and experience with Jira Software are preferred
- Proficiency and skills in using Diagrams (UML, Activity, Decision) preferred
- Proficiency in Functional & Software (Requirement Specification) Preferred
- Must have knowledge of Reverse Engineering.
- Must have knowledge of Confluence, Mockup, Mock Plus, Drawer.IO, Balsamiq, and Adobe XD
