IntelliasPro Pvt Ltd is seeking Recruitment Executive.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Departments’ General Managers to forecast hiring needs
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements
- Ideally CS/IT/Software Engineering/Business & IT/Business Administration degree holders
- 2-3 years' experience as a Technical recruiter / IT recruiter.
- Must be able to make high volume of calls in order to convince the passive candidates to explore the opportunities arisen in IntelliasPro.
- Pleasant personality with excellent telephone ettiquette
- Ability to convince and negotiate with candidates in a professional manner
- Must be able to fill multiple positions of PHP, JavaScript, Dot NET, WordPress, iOS, Android, SQA, UI/UX to tight deadlines.
