Job Purpose:
Creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. Bright software testing/QA skills and should have exceptional Web testing/QA skills as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure accurate Functional and Non-Functional testing and SQA activities.
- Automate functional, regression, performance and security testing.
- Write and review test cases and execute them.
- Certify testing Web Applications, API’s, Desktop Applications, Modern Apps / Single Page Applications & Mobile Apps.
- Expertise in Database and able to write queries, identify errors and bugs.
- Systematize unit testing and automated tests using Selenium IDE, Web Driver. JMeter and other automated testing frameworks.
- Implement SDLC and STLC concepts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Data analysis - able to collect and analyze data to identify trends and detect problems and key issues
- Judgment and problem-solving - able to define decision criteria and determine the most appropriate course of action
- Planning and organizational skills - able to establish objectives and schedule tasks and resources efficiently
- Communication skills - strong written communication skills to provide concise and clear documentation
- Attention to detail and quality orientation - able to accurately check processes and outputs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Level of Experience: Mid. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
