Job Description

 Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)

 Configuration & Document Management

1.    Create Repository, access right management and maintain rights integrity IN ORDER TO maintain the configuration management.

2.    Take backups and archiving of the data IN ORDER TO ensure the data record management.

3.    Create repository, Manage Access rights, Ensure Integrity management, Generate and maintain Backups, Archive data, Conduct Test for recovery, Baselining Management IN ORDER TO ensure proper Document Management.


1.    Create the test environment using storage media IN ORDER TO ensure the Internal application Deployment.

2.    Prepare the client environment setup VM instances and take the latest source at client side IN ORDER TO verify the client environment and application deployment at the client side.

3.    Prepare the release notes and forward it to relevant stakeholders for review IN ORDER TO report the issues and bugs.

4.    Prepare the Base lining document IN ORDER TO publish the document to concern.

5.       Perform Application deployment to facilitate teams  IN ORDER TO ensure availability of application

Software Management

1.    Manage the user creation, rights management and Data backup IN ORDER TO ensure the Issue view support.

2.    Issue view updates, Provide IV support, Manage workflow for all projects, change/update workflows, ensure test validity, Manage User creation, Manage User Rights , Manage data backup on SAN, configure emails notifications against triggers, Provide VSS & Issue View support  IN ORDER TO ensure proper Software Management."

Audit Management

1)    Assist in physical audit and Functional audit for verification of system IN ORDER TO ensure the compliance.

2)    Plan physical audits  for the technical data package created , identify critical work products, verify findings log, incase of discrepancies provide assistance to CE, and process environmental verification & changes

3.    IN ORDER TO ensure external release compliance. And changes in scope vision document"

Intradepartmental Coordination

1.    To coordinate with other technical departments within P&SD in order to produce the best products as per client requirements
