• Coordinate and discuss with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole.
  • Prepare proposals by planning, organizing, writing, managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Improve proposal responses by evaluating and modifying information to address specific requirements within each opportunity
  • Study and analyze historical data, and cost models to support proposal preparation efforts
  • Coordinate with teams in estimating and planning effort for proposals being prepared
  • Make sure to meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing and reviewing across cross-functional teams
  • Obtain approvals by reviewing proposals with product and project managers
  • Maintain quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards and organizational best practices including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases
  • Conduct business and technical analysis sessions to support new development efforts to meet current and future business needs
  • Provides analytical assessment of competitive bid results against planned proposal budget and contribute to development of future business strategies
  • Review and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these processes
  • Communicate critical business risks and opportunities proactively and clearly to senior management
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any related issue
