Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)
1. Updating our internal databases/ERP with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
2. Preparing offer letters, contracts and ensuring that new joiner documents are completed as per SOPs.
3. Screening resumes and application forms Recruitment & Selection.
4. Attendance Management.
5. Documentation (in hard and soft form).
6. Monthly updates on EOBI portal.
7. Employee Social Security (IESSI Visits), enrollment of unskilled laborers in Social security and dealing with insurance claims.
8. Insurance claims management.
